Do I need to be present during the detail?

No, you don't need to be there the whole time. We just need access to your vehicle at the start and for a quick final inspection at the end.

How long does each service take?

A maintenance wash typically takes 1–2 hours, an interior detail takes 2–4 hours, and a full paint correction can take a full day. We'll always give you a clear time estimate when you book.

Do you need access to water or electricity?

Ideally yes access to an outdoor tap and a plug socket makes the job easier and faster. However, we carry our own water supply and battery-powered equipment, so don't worry if you don't have easy access.

What's the difference between a valet and a detail?

A valet is a thorough clean of your car inside and out. A detail goes much deeper, restoring and protecting your paintwork and interior surfaces to the highest possible standard. Think of valeting as maintenance and detailing as restoration.

How do I book and what payment methods do you accept?

You can book directly through our website using the Book Online button. We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and cash. A deposit may be required for larger bookings.

How often should I get my car detailed?

For most drivers, a maintenance wash every 2–4 weeks and a full detail every 3–6 months is ideal. If your car has a ceramic coating, we recommend a maintenance wash every 4–6 weeks to keep it performing at its best.

Absolutely. We take great pride in our work and won't leave until you're completely satisfied. If anything isn't up to standard, we'll put it right no questions asked.
